What should go in a new hire welcome kit?
A hoodie or tee, a cap, a bottle and a notebook in a custom box. Banger builds the same kit for 5 or 500 hires and ships one to each home.
The classic welcome kit is a hoodie or tee, a cap, a water bottle and a notebook, packed in a custom branded box with a printed card. Add stickers or a tote bag for a fuller kit.
Keep the same kit for every hire so it's easy to reorder, and ask for sizes before the start date. Banger builds the kit once, for 5 or 500 hires, and ships each box to the office or straight to each new hire's home, in any country.
